Policies

Before

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for an stress-free check in, a change in clothes, and time to enjoy our complimentary beverages and refreshments. To accommodate every Eminence guest, we may shorten appointment times due to late arrivals and may cancel the appointment if arrival is more than 7 minutes after scheduled appointment time or charge a $15 late arrival fee. In this case, guest will still be responsible for the full service amount.

Please alert service provider of any medical conditions, allergies or illness you may have prior to your service. We reserve the right to cancel an appointment if the service may pose a threat to your health or the health of other clients and staff. If a guest arrives at an appointment knowingly ill, the appointment will be cancelled and the guest will still be responsible for the full service amount.

Children: We ask that you make childcare arrangements and not bring your children to your appointment unless they are receiving services.

Cancellations: We require 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and a credit card number is required to hold a reservation. Group reservations of 3 or more require 72 hours advance notice for cancellation. A 20% gratuity will also be added to all group bookings.
No Call, No Shows: Guests will be charged the full service price and not allowed to book in the future.

During

Once you arrive at the spa and are checked in, please undress to your comfort level and put on spa wrap and robe. Please remove any jewelry that may interfere with your service and leave it in the provided container in the treatment room.

Unplug and relax: Eminence Spa and Retreat is a place of wellness where guests come to decompress and escape the outside world. We kindly ask that you silence your cell phone and you may take advantage of our provided phone sanitizer during your spa experience.

After

Tips on gratuity: Many guests have asked for guidance in regards to gratuity. If you are pleased with your service, a customary 15-20% gratuity, based on pre-discounted, standard pricing is suggested.. Gratuity can be paid at checkout with cash, Zelle or Venmo. Please follow after-care instructions provided to you.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please let management know prior to leaving, so we can make it right. If you are unhappy with a merchandise purchase, you may receive a store credit within 3 days of purchase. We are unable to process any returns or refunds on any spa treatment series purchased. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payments on gift cards even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
